Retainer packages

A retainer package gives you a pre-paid, fixed amount of hours per month (minimum 3-month commitment), to be used as needed. This allows you to budget monthly, without any surprise costs! I'm happy to arrange a custom retainer - feel free to get in touch to discuss. Packages do not carry over from month-to-month. Retainer hours include briefing time and calls.

How does it work?

  1. Book your retainer package before the start of the month 
  2. Sign a contract ( Contracts can be monthly rolling, 3 months or 6 months) 
  3. You can then either set work for the month, or contact me as and when you need support.
  4. Remember that I can’t achieve the impossible: if you have a 10 hour package and ask me on the 30th for all 10 hours of work on the 31st, then I’m unlikely to be able to fulfil that!
  5. I invoice you in advance of each new month.
  6. You have the flexibility of either a rolling package or ending the agreement with a short notice period.
